As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales & Estimator, with additional involvement in high-end Residential HVAC sales.

Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant & Estimator:

Thermal Engineering is seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Consultant / Estimator to support the continued expansion of our commercial division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-value HVAC solutions. This role includes estimating, creating proposals, pre—construction activities, closing sales, strengthening current accounts, and creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate commercial HVAC estimates & proposals.
  • Manage and grow commercial client relationships.
  • Assist with high-end residential HVAC sales when needed.
  • Use estimating software (experience with FastDUCT preferred).
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors and internal teams.
  • Track leads, proposals, and project details using computer systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Assist in forecasting division workloads

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years commercial  HVAC service, estimating, or solutions sales experience.
  • Background in high residential HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Experience with FastDUCT preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Candidate must pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Spanish is a plus.
